- Sign on to the Chase Mobile app or navigate to Chase Business Online.
- Choose “Chase QuickPay with Zelle” from the navigation menu at the top left of the main screen in the Chase Mobile app, or from the “Pay and Transfer” from the drop-down on Chase Business Online.
- Key in your email address or U.S. mobile number
- Review and accept the service terms
- Key in the code from your verification message (if required)
- Select “activate” to enroll.
Sending Payments With Chase QuickPay
- Select “Chase QuickPay with Zelle” from the navigation menu on the top left of the main screen in the Chase Mobile app, or from the “Pay and Transfer” drop down on Chase Business Online.
- Select a trusted recipient from your contact list or add a new one.
- Go through the prompts to verify and complete the transaction
- You’ll get confirmation of the sent payment.
Requesting Payments Chase QuickPay
- Select “Chase QuickPay with Zelle” from the navigation menu on the top left of the main screen in the Chase Mobile app, or from the “Pay and Transfer” drop-down on Chase Business Online.
- Select a customer from your contact list or add a new one. If the person you are requesting payment from is not yet enrolled with Zelle. You must send the request to their email address.
- Go through with the prompts to request payment
- You’ll receive confirmation of the request sent.
