Wish Ship to Store
When you order through Ship to store, you are more like placing a regular Wish order. Immediately your purchase has been made, you’ll get tracking details in the app where you can check on the status of your item(s). Wish will notify you as soon as your order is ready for pickup at the store.
Picking Up Ship to Store Item
Customers can pick up their Ship to Store item at the store listed under Pickup Details, which you can find by locating the order and tapping the item on the Order Details page.
When to Pick Up a Ship to Store Item
A ship to Store item will be shipped to the store first. Wish will notify you immediately your item has been received and processed by the store. While you wait, you can check the status of your order on the Order Details page in your Order History.
How to Cancel a Ship to Store Order
Note, a Ship to Store order must be canceled within 8 hours of purchase in order to get a refund in it’s original form of payment.
Cancel Via iOS
- Scroll to your Order History.
- Scroll to the relevant order and click to open.
- Then navigate to the bottom of the page and click Contact Support.
- Click Cancel my item.
- Choose your reason for canceling the order.
- Lastly, choose your refund method.
On Android
- Scroll to your Order History.
- Browse through the relevant order and click to open.
- Navigate to the bottom of the page and click Contact Support.
- Click Cancel my item.
- Choose your reason for canceling the order.
- Lastly, choose your refund method.
Via Web
- Go to your Order History.
- Scroll to the order in question and tap Contact Support.
- Click Cancel my item.
- Choose your reason for canceling the order.
- Choose your refund method.
Note, your refund will be processed within an hour and may take up to 5-10 business days to appear on your account.
Cancellations or any changes to the order previously made cannot be made outside of the 8-hour cancellation window. Immediately an item has been processed by the store, you may decide to pick it up or Contact Support to open a refund request.
