- Connect to the internet and launch Facebook messenger.
- Start a chat with any friend.
- Tap the emoji icon, the emoji tray will be opened.
- On the emoji tray, look for the crescent emoji and tap it.
- Tap the send button.
- A pop up will be displayed asking you if you want to try it in settings, to accept, tap try it in settings.
- You will be redirected to the settings page where you can toggle between Facebook dark mode or the white one.
On completion of the above steps, you will be able to turn on Facebook dark mode from your settings without going through the whole procedure again.
